At St. Matthew's Church, Masterton, yesterday afternoon, Mr J. J. Hale, youngest son of Mr H. W. Hale, of Christchurch, was married to Miss T. Clark, daughter of Mrs H. Brown, of Masterton. Miss E. Hill, of Christchurch, was bridesmaid, and Mr R.H. Taylor, of Christchurch, best man... A large number of guests were entertained subsequently at the Wenvoe tea rooms, and later Mr and Mrs Hale left for Christchurch, where they will reside.
