Mr Denbee was re-elected Hon. Secretary for the ensuing year.
It was resolved that the position of Treasurer remain as ? at the present time.
Dates for meeting
Mr Hyde moved that for the coming year the Vestry meet for their ordinary meetings on the Last Thursday in each month, at 7.30 p.m.
Quorum
That a quorum consists of 5, one of whom must be a Churchwarden.
Offertories
The Churchwardens were appointed to take up the offertories for May.
The meeting then closed.
