The Vicar presiding; Churchwardens Maunsell and Ninnes; Vestrymen Hosking, Hale, Hyde, Clarke, Penistone, Russell, Coleman, Griffin, Denbee.

Minutes
The Minutes of the vestry meeting held on Tuesday, January 30 were read and confirmed.
Financial Statement
Mr Denbee moved That the Financial Statement as presented by the Treasurer be received and accounts totalling £15.12.2 passed for payment. Carried.
Vicarage painting
Mr Hale moved That Mr Maunsell's offer to guarantee the Vicarage painting fund up to £100 be gratefully accepted. Seconded by Mr Hyde and carried.
Specifications
It was resolved
(1) that Mr Penistone draw up specifications for the vicarage painting.
(2) That Mr Penistone call for tenders for the job;
(3) that a sub-committee consisting of the Vicar, Messrs Ninnes, Penistone and Denbee be set up for the purpose of considering the tenders and that they be given power to act;
(4) That the carpentry and plumbing necessary be left in the hands of Mr Penistone.
Offertories
Messrs Griffin and Penistone were appointed to take up the offertories for March.
The meeting closed with the Grace.
