Present
The Vicar presiding; Churchwardens Dodge and Hale; Vestrymen Waddington, Ball, Hyde, Hosking, Herbert and Denbee.
Business
To open tenders for the building of the Parish Hall and Sunday School.
The following are the tenders received. [It appears there were four options on which tenderers could bid.]
Having duly considered the tenders Mr Dodge moved and Mr Herbert seconded That the tender of Mr Byford for a 60 ft building be accepted. The question of Porlite slates or iron for the roof to be left in abeyance until the next meeting of the Vestry.
The motion on being put was carried unanimously.
The meeting then closed.
