At St. Matthew's Church, Masterton, yesterday afternoon the wedding was solemnised of Mr Reginald C. Stanton, Masterton, and Miss Clara Doe, daughter of Mr Ephraim Doe, of Wilmot, Tasmania. The bride, who was given away by her brother-in-law, Mr J. B.Rue, was handsomely dressed in a tailor-made costume. She was attended by Miss Grace Christie as bridesmaid, who wore a pretty cream voile dress, and carried a shower bouquet. The officiating clergyman was the Rev. H. Watson, and Mr J. Crawford acted as best-man. The wedding breakfast was held at the Arcadia tea rooms, where a number of friends gathered. Mr and Mrs Stanton left by the after-noon train on their honeymoon trip.
