Special Vestry Meeting

Minutes of special vestry meeting held at the Vicarage on Friday, December 11, 1923, at 1 p.m.

Present

The Vicar presiding; Churchwardens Dodge and Hale; Vestrymen Dr Hosking, Waddington, Hyde, Dunderdale, Ball, Herbert and Denbee.

Business

Consideration of calling for tenders for the Parish Hall and Sunday School Building through the press.

Mr Dodge moved and Mr Dunderdale seconded that tenders be called through the local papers and in the Dominion.

Mr Hale moved an amendment and Mr Hyde seconded it. 

That the words after Local Papers in the motion be deleted.

The Amendment on being put was declared carried.

The Amendment then became the motion and on being put was Carried.

The meeting then closed.
