Meetings
It was resolved that the Vestry meet on the last Tuesday in each month at 7.30 p.m

Quorum
That five members of he Vestry constitute a Quorum.

Hon. Treasurer
That Mr H A R Dunderdale be re-elected Treasurer.
That Mr T T Denbee be re-elected Hon. Secretary to the Vestry.
That the Churchwardens take up the offertories for May.

The meeting then closed.
