April 28, 1924. Special vestry meeting

Minutes of special meeting of the Vestry held at the close of the Parishioners' meeting. (Page 197)

Present

The Vicar presiding; Messrs Ninnes, Hale, Hyde, Penistone, Russell and Denbee.

Dates of meetings

It was resolved that for the ensuing year the vestry meet on the last Thursday in each month.

Quorum

Mr Denbee moved that five vestrymen constitute a quorum. Carried.

Treasurer

It was unanimously resolved that Mr H A R Dunderdale be re-elected Treasurer.

Secretary

Mr Denbee was re-elected Secretary.

The meeting then closed.
