The Vicar presiding; Churchwardens Hale; Vestrymen Evans, Hyde, Dunderdale, Ball and Denbee.
An apology for absence was received from Mr Waddington.
Business
Consideration of Porlite Slates versus Iron for the roof of the new Parish Hall.
Mr Hale moved and Mr Dunderdale seconded That iron be used for the roof of the Parish Hall.
The motion on being put was carried.
The meeting then closed.
