A quiet wedding was celebrated at St. Matthew's Church, Masterton, this morning, the contracting parties being Mr George Matthews and Louisa F. Smith, daughter of Mr C.R. Smith, of Kuripuni. Miss Houghton, of Manakau, was bridesmaid, and Mr H.C. Roberts best man. The Rev. A.M. Johnson was the officiating clergyman.
