All. Vicar presiding.
Quorum
It was resolved that 5 shall form a quorum at all vestry meetings during the year.
Meeting nights
It was resolved that the last Thursday in each month be the date and 7.30 the time for Vestry meetings.
Treasurer and Secretary
Mr H B Dyer was duly elected Treasurer for the coming year and T T Denbee Secretary.
The meeting then closed.
