Present
The Vicar presiding; Churchwardens Maunsell and Ninnes; Vestrymen Hale, Hyde, Hosking, Clark, Coleman, Griffin, Penistone, Russell and Denbee.
Business
Re leasing a further section of the Old Church Section site [Church Acre].
H A Harcombe
The Diocesan Treasurer forwarded a copy of a letter from Mr H A Harcombe, concerning the leasing of a further 40 ft of the old Church section. When, after a very general discussion had taken place, Mr Denbee moved and Mr Hale seconded That this Vestry recommends that a further 40ft of the Old Church Section (immediately adjoining the existing Garage) be leased to Mr Harcombe at an annual rental of 27/6 per foot, subject to a plan of the proposed buildings to be erected on the section being submitted to and approved by this vestry.
The motion on being put was carried unanimously.
Albion Soccer Club
An application was received from the Albion Soccer Club for the use of the Scout Den for training and meetings.
Mr Denbee moved and Mr Clark seconded that the application be not granted. Carried.
The meeting closed with the Grace.
