Present

The Vicar presiding; Churchwarden Maunsell; Vestrymen Hyde, Penistone, Dunderdale, Rosewarne, Clarke, Maunsell and Denbee.

Apologies Dr Hosking.

Business: Old Church Site

To consider tender for 40ft of the Old Church Site. Mr Maunsell moved and Mr Dunderdale seconded That this special meeting of the Vestry is of the opinion that the Diocesan Trustees would be wise to accept the Tender for 40ft of the Old Church Section at 22/6 per foot.

The motion on being put was Carried unanimously.

The meeting then closed.
