Mr Denbee was re-elected Hon. Secretary.
Treasurer
The position in connection with the appointment of Treasurer was held in abeyance, the Vicar undertaking to interview Mr Dyer concerning the matter.
Meeting nights
It was resolved that the same dates on which to hold Vestry Meetings be observed, as in the past, viz, the last Thursday in each month at 7.30 p.m.
Quorum
That five vestrymen, one of whom must be a churchwarden, constitute a quorum.
Offertories
That the Churchwardens be responsible for the offertories during May.
The meeting then closed.
