Minutes of Vestry Meeting held in the Common Room on Thursday, March 26, 1925, at 7.30 p.m. (Page 73)
Present
The Vicar presiding; Churchwarden Hale; Vestrymen Dunderdale, Hyde, Best, Williams, Ball, Maunsell, McCartney, Penistone and Denbee.
Church of the Epiphany
Mr S H Condon forwarded plans and specifications of the proposed additions to the Social Hall, also a statement showing how the scheme was to be financed.
It was resolved that the same be received.
Parishioners' Meeting
Mr Denbee moved that the Annual Meeting of Parishioners be held on Thursday, April 30, 1925 and that it take the form of a Social. Carried.
Financial Statement
The financial statement as appearing on page 736 was received and accounts totalling £11.16.6 passed for payment.
Mr Dunderdale
Mr Dunderdale offered the Vestry a Loan of £100, free of interest, the same to be refunded to him within two weeks of the date of the Parishioners' Meeting.
It was resolved that Mr Dunderdale's offer be accepted with thanks.
Offertories
The Churchwardens were appointed to take up the Offertories for April.
The meeting closed with the Grace.
