The Vicar presiding; Churchwardens Maunsell and Ninnes; Vestrymen Hosking, Coleman; Russell; Griffin; Penistone, Hyde, Hale, Peacock and Denbee.

Minutes
The Minutes of the vestry meeting held on Tuesday, November 28, 1933, were read and confirmed.
Day of Giving
The Vicar, after explaining very thoroughly his views in the matter of making a special effort to liquidate the debt on the Parish account Moved
(a) That Sunday the 29th April be set aside as a day of giving throughout the Parish for the wiping out (by the freewill offerings of parishioners) of the accumulated debt on the Parish account.
(b) That the co-operation of all parishioners be invited in making the next three months a period of aggressive spiritual effort and preparation for the day of giving.
Seconded by Mr Peacock and Carried.
With a view to assisting the Vicar in the matter of organising this special effort Mr Denbee moved and Dr Hosking seconded That a sub-committee consisting of Mr Peacock and the Churchwardens be set up to collaborate with the Vicar. Carried.
Mr Ninnes moved and Mr Penistone seconded That the Vicar be authorised to incur any expense necessary in the matter of circulating parishioners concerning same. Carried.
Offertories
Messrs Clark and Hale were appointed to take up the Offertories for February.
The meeting closed with the Grace.
